In coordination with Chamber630, The Village welcomed roughly 125 partners from local organizations and businesses at The 2023 Woodridge State of the Village Address on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Seven Bridges Golf Club. This year, the Village welcomed Dan Seals of Intersect Illinois as a guest speaker, and showcased Skeleton Key Brewery, Eaton Corporation, Seven Bridges Dental Studio, Girl Scouts of America, and Guiding Light Academy in its featured video.

The 2023 program highlights the resiliency of the community through difficult times and future progress that will be seen in the upcoming years including new commercial and residential developments.
This year's presentation also included:
- A special dedication in memory of Woodridge Public Library Director Pam Dube. Pam was hired as the Director of the Woodridge Library on May 2, 2016. Her advocacy and collaboration with patrons of the library and the community groups were an inspiration for all.
- A special thank you to Chamber630 President, Laura Crawford who is retiring after 22 years of dedicating her career to the business and community.
Dan Seals is the Chief Executive Officer of Intersect Illinois, the public private partnership focused on business attraction for the state of Illinois. Dan has spent his career in both the public and private sector. Prior to becoming the CEO of Intersect Illinois, Dan lead marketing initiatives at nationally recognized businesses which include the American Medical Association, GE Capital, and T-Mobile. Dan also served as the Assistant Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, where he oversaw programs for business attraction, small business support, workforce development, tourism, and international trade.
