The Village of Woodridge is served by the enhanced 9-1-1 service, thus allowing fire, police and other emergency services to be dispatched by dialing 9-1-1. Residents are encouraged to register their cell phones with DuPage County's Smart 9-1-1, a free service to allow first responders to have valuable information when an emergency occurs.
Police services are available 24 hours a day, by dialing 9-1-1. The Police Department normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After business hours the outer lobby of the Police Department is open 24 hours-a-day. If you need to speak with a police officer after business hours, please use the call box in the outer lobby, which will connect you to a dispatcher, who will send a police officer to meet you in the outer lobby/by the call box.
