DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCESS

The Community Development Department provides a comprehensive Development Application for project submittals. The development application lays out the process overview, fees and required approvals, required documents and plan submittal, review limitation and development application expiration. The supplemental application materials provides information on traffic regulation agreements, reimbursement of fees agreements and the Village’s Tree Preservation requirements.

COMMERCIAL GRANT OPPORTUNITIES
The Village currently offers two commercial grant programs - the Small Business Grant Program and the Shopping Center Facade and Site Grant Program.  To learn more about these programs visit the Grant Opportunities page.
