Plan Commission Considerations

Next meeting

On Monday, April 5, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., the Plan Commission will consider the following cases:

  • CVS - 8645 Woodward Avenue: The applicant is seeking a Major Amendment to a Regional Planned Unit Development to accurately reflect changes to their lot resulting from DuPage County land acquisition.
  • Bank of America - 7500 Lemont Road: The applicant is seeking a site plan approval, re-zoning from B-3 to B-2, and a special use permit to build a bank with an associated drive-through. The lot is currently occupied by a gas station. 
  • Town Centre (Plaza Drive) Parking Expansion: The Village of Woodridge (as the applicant) is seeking a Major Amendment to a Planned Unit Development for the Town Centre Planned Unit Development. The proposal is for an expanded parking area per an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village, School District 68, Woodridge Park District and Woodridge Public Library to provide additional parking behind Village Hall to service residents visiting the new Sled Hill or Jefferson Junior High track & field facility.
