Plan Commission Considerations

Next meeting

On May 6, 2024 the Plan Commission will meet in the Werch Board Room at Village Hall, 5 Plaza Drive, at 7:00 p.m. for the following:
  • Crow Holdings Concept Plan – Bluff Road: Crow Holdings has submitted a concept plan for an approximately 115,000 square foot speculative industrial facility at 17450-17550 Bluff Road. 100 vehicle parking spaces and 31 truck docks are proposed. The proposal borders residential properties to the east and west, with industrial facilities neighboring from the north and south. The property is in unincorporated Will County and would require an Annexation Agreement, Annexation, Rezoning, and Preliminary and Final Plat. The concept plan will go before the Plan Commission on May 6, with the Village Board Study Session tentatively scheduled for May 16. The property owners within 500 feet have been notified of the public meeting and are able to share comments or concerns with the project. There will be no public hearing or vote at these meetings; the intention is to gain feedback from the public and elected and appointed officials prior to a formal submittal.
  • Panattoni Concept Plan – Davey Road: Panattoni has submitted a concept plan for an approximately 327,000 square foot speculative industrial facility with 55 dock doors and 63 trailer parking stalls on a 22.75 acre lot at 17025 Davey Road. The proposal borders an unincorporated parcel to the west occupied by a landscape company and industrial facilities neighboring from the north and east. The property is currently zoned residential within the Village of Lemont and will require de-annexation and an Annexation Agreement, Annexation, Rezoning, and Preliminary and Final Plat approval in Woodridge. The concept plan will go before the Plan Commission on May 6, with the Village Board Study Session being tentatively scheduled for May 16. The property owners within 500 feet have been notified of the public meeting and are able to share comments or concerns with the project. There will be no public hearing or vote at these meetings; the intention is to gain feedback from the public and elected and appointed officials prior to formal submittal.
