DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCESS
The Community Development Department provides a comprehensive Development Application for project submittals. The development application lays out the process overview, fees and required approvals, required documents and plan submittal, review limitation and development application expiration. The supplemental application materials provides information on traffic regulation agreements, reimbursement of fees agreements and the Village’s Tree Preservation requirements.

Economic Development Report
In 2013, the Village produced the first Economic Development Report to highlight accomplishments, changes to the development environment, and challenges from the previous year. The report is helpful to track benchmarks to assist the Village Board and the community in establishing strategic goals for future years. After a brief hiatus in 2021, the 2022 report will return and be posted here when it becomes available.

Support for Local Businesses - Shop Woodridge Action PlanIn March 2017, the Village Board approved the Shop Woodridge Action Plan. The Action Plan is intended to be a road map for improving Woodridge’s support of the local business community over the next three to five years. Implementation of the action items will require dedication by the Village of Woodridge, support of local business organizations such as Chamber630 and assistance from the business community.
