Village Clerk Joe Kagann is a lifelong resident of Woodridge. He served as a Village Trustee from 2003-2013. He is a self-employed consultant specializing in technology and computer applications. Clerk Kagann serves the community with the Woodridge Special Event Committee and is a member of the St. Scholastica Parish. He is currently a Trustee on the Lisle-Woodridge Fire Protection District Pension Board.
A US Army veteran, Kagann served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm with the 7th Battalion of the 1st Field Artillery Regiment. Joe also attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and is an Eagle Scout. He is the son of the former Mayor of Woodridge, the late Hon. Joel Kagann, and Laurie Kagann.
