Payment Options

Online Bill Pay Users:

The Village's Citizen Self Service Portal allows for online bill payments. Instructions on navigating the Citizen Self Service Portal are available on our web site.

  • One-Time Payments: You may make a one time payment with a credit card through the Citizen Self Service Portal.

  • Recurring Payments: You may set up recurring credit card payments online when making a one-time payment. Instructional video link is found on the “Online Bill Pay” screen for both credit card payment options found online.

Other Payment Options

Pay by Phone (NEW!): The Village is now offering a pay-by-phone option for residents to pay their water account. Please call 877-609-8976 and follow the prompts to make a payment. You will need to have your account # and customer # ready. These can be found on your water bill. Payment options include credit/debit card, as well as e-check (bank routing # and account #). Once completed payment is successful, it will be reflected on your water account momentarily.

Mail/Dropbox/Walk-in Customers: We encourage you to register for an account and explore the new Citizen Self Service Portal. If you’ve been considering an automated payment option, this might be the perfect time to make the move!

Note: When paying by check, you authorize the Village of Woodridge to convert the check into an electronic funds transfer.  Please be aware that your bank account may be debited as soon as the same day we receive your payment

Online Banking Customers: If you are a customer who pays through their bank’s website or smartphone app, you may need to update your payee information with a Customer Identification Number (CID). This information is on your bill.

Customers Enrolled in Auto Pay (direct debit, not credit card
):  These are customers that have signed up to have funds withdrawn from their checking account by coming into the Village and filling out a DIRECT DEBIT FORM.  If you have enrolled in autopay through this method there is nothing you need to do.

Water Reconnection Procedures

Once an account has been scheduled for disconnection a $60.00 administrative fee is charged.

In order to avoid disconnection of services, or to restore services that have been disconnected, this fee and all past due amounts must be paid in full.
