Inspection requests typically require 48 hour notice, except sewer repairs which can be scheduled the same day the permit is issued.
Building inspections are performed Monday thru Friday and given a morning or afternoon time slot. Specific times are not granted, except for water heater, HVAC and furnace inspections. Requested times involving the pouring of concrete are also accommodated.
Plumbing inspections are performed Monday, Wednesday and Friday by a certified plumbing inspector from T.P.I. All inspections are scheduled thru the Community Development Department at 630-719-4750.
