Annual SurveyEach year, the Village of Woodridge conducts a Community Needs Survey in an effort to gauge resident perspectives about services and let residents raise concerns or suggest new ideas for the Village. The survey has been conducted for the past 30 years and regularly receives response rates of 30% or greater. It is mailed out to 1,500 randomly selected households and is statistically valid. FeedbackThe survey tool strives to ensure that feedback is received from all segments of the community. The survey response rate indicates that residents have both a great sense of pride in their community and that they wish to contribute to its direction. As one resident put it, “I think the village has done a great job, but we must be always looking for ways to make things better for as many facets of the residents as possible. Keep up the good work!”
Village officials and staff incorporate this feedback into the Village Board’s annual goal setting process of the village.
